What happens when one of America's most beloved pizza brands decides to celebrate

the world's biggest football tournament?

If you're Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza, you don't just put the game on TV and call it a day, you invite some of the country's most exciting chefs into the kitchen and create a culinary competition worthy of a championship trophy.

This summer, the Miami-born, Michelin-recognized pizza concept is launching The Extraordinary Cup, a four-city chef collaboration series that combines international flavors, world-class talent, and unforgettable dining experiences.

Think of it as the World Cup of pizza.

A Global Tournament—One Slice at a Time

Founded by acclaimed Italian chef Renato Viola, Mister O1 has built a devoted following thanks to its extraordinary attention to detail, premium ingredients, and iconic star-shaped pizzas. Now, the brand is taking its creativity to the next level by partnering with standout chefs across the country to create limited-edition pizzas inspired by competing nations from around the globe.

The catch?

Each collaboration pizza is available for just one day.

And for those lucky enough to snag a seat at the evening tasting events, the experience goes far beyond pizza.

Guests will be treated to intimate chef-led dinners featuring the collaboration pie along with exclusive off-menu creations crafted specifically for that night—dishes that will never appear on any menu again.

In other words, blink and you'll miss it.

Team USA Takes the Field First

The series kicks off June 18 in Naples, Florida, where Chef Renato Viola joins forces with rising culinary star Chef Kayla Pfeiffer.

A Michelin-recommended chef, James Beard Emerging Chef semifinalist, and Chopped Champion, Pfeiffer brings serious firepower to the collaboration.

Representing Team USA, the duo created the aptly named "Red Card" pizza: a bold combination of smoky, spicy, and savory flavors featuring Calabrian chili tomato sauce, smoked mozzarella, Benton’s bacon, roasted tomatoes, and a bright chimichurri finish.

It's the kind of pizza that plays offense from the very first bite.

New Zealand's Coastal Influence Arrives in Dallas

On June 25, Mister O1 heads to Dallas for a collaboration with Chef Toby Archibald of Michelin-recommended Quarter Acre.

Representing Team New Zealand, Archibald's creation, "The Coastal New Zealand," embraces the country's renowned seafood culture with marinated kingfish, fresh vegetables, and a citrusy-garlic finish.

The result is a lighter, coastal-inspired pie that feels as refreshing as an ocean breeze.

England Brings the Unexpected

Atlanta takes center stage on June 30 as Chef Freddy Money joins the competition.

Known for his work at Michelin-starred Atlas and The Garden Room, Money's Team England creation, "Fred's Fav," is perhaps the most adventurous pizza in the lineup.

Featuring chorizo, capers, olives, sultanas, red onion, and guindilla peppers, the pie balances savory, sweet, tangy, and

spicy flavors in every bite.

It's bold. It's unconventional.

And much like football itself, it's guaranteed to spark passionate debate.

Ecuador Closes Out the Tournament in Miami

The series culminates July 9 in Miami, where Chef Alejandra Espinoza of Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized Cotoa and United Nations Ambassador for Gastronomic Tourism brings the flavors of Ecuador to the table.

Her collaboration pizza, "Ecuadorian Seco," pays tribute to the country's beloved traditional stew with roasted chicken, sweet plantains, Andean corn, and vibrant herb-forward flavors.

It's a fitting finale for a series dedicated to showcasing how food can tell the story of a culture.

More Than a Pizza Collaboration

What makes The Extraordinary Cup especially intriguing isn't just the food; it's the spirit behind it.

Football has always been a global language that brings people together. Mister O1 is taking that same philosophy and translating it into food, using pizza as a canvas for storytelling, cultural exploration, and creative collaboration.

For Chef Renato Viola, whose journey from Southern Italy to Miami began under an O-1 visa awarded to individuals with extraordinary artistic ability, innovation has always been part of the recipe.

Today, with locations spanning Florida, Texas, and Georgia—and additional expansion on the horizon- Mister O1 continues to prove that great pizza can be both authentic and endlessly inventive.

The Final Whistle

In a season filled with football fever, The Extraordinary Cup offers fans something different: a

chance to travel the world through flavor without ever leaving their city.

One pizza. One country. One night only.

And just like a championship match, when it's over, it's over.

For food lovers, football fans, and culinary adventurers alike, this may be the tastiest tournament of the summer.
