Indulge in the revival of brunch at Joliet, Miami Beach's cherished seafood bistro & garden. The much-anticipated return invites diners to savor a leisurely midday feast, either basking in

the sun by the pool or embracing the eclectic indoors.

Joliet unveils a completely revamped brunch menu, showcasing culinary creativity with dishes like the Deviled Egg Asparagus Salad, featuring pancetta and frisée; the delectable Baked French Toast with satsuma maple syrup, warm spice, pecans, and whipped cream; the savory Andouille Egg Benedict on cornbread with green onion hollandaise and pickled green tomato; and the enticing Bavette & Eggs served with Joliet butter and frites. To satisfy sweet cravings, treat yourself to Pecan Praline Cookies or a zesty Lemon Tart. Enhancing the experience further, Joliet introduces new cocktails to complement the flavorful offerings, including the refreshing Matcha Basil Highball and the seasonal Autumn's Harvest. Brunch takes place every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

La Cumbancha 

The world-renowned team behind the MICHELIN Guide-recommended and one of the World’s 50 Best Bars, Café La Trova -- led by famed cantinero Julio Cabrera alongside several partners from La Trova’s bar team -- bring you La Cumbancha, a Cuban-American

concept inspired by the energy of 1970s Miami.

The name, 'La Cumbancha' itself, is a Cuban-African term meaning a gathering of family and friends to dance, play music, and drink, perfectly encapsulating the restaurant's ethos. Located in the heart of Miami Lakes, the culinary offerings include an eclectic fusion of Cuban-inspired dishes with international influences of Italy, Spain and France, masterfully created by Chef Carlos Hidalgo. Cabrera and his team bring their expertise with a cocktail menu that blends tropical flavors with modern techniques, setting a new standard in cocktail craftsmanship. Joliet, the seafood bistro and garden located in South Beach, recently launched

an array of delectable dishes sure to please every palate.

New dishes include Mussels, smoked paprika, shallots, grilled toast; Local Catch Carpaccio, pink peppercorn, parsley, lime zest; Mushroom Salad, crimini, toasted almond, parsley, lemon; Chicken Paillard, pickled onion, arugula, fennel; Branzino, lemon, pickled onion, fine herbs; Steak Frites, bavette, frites, maître d’ butter; Torchio, vodka sauce, capers, Calabrian chili; and Leek Vinaigrette, lentils, heart of palm, toasted almond. Rest assured, Joliet’s signature dishes such as the Gumbo, Cornbread, Seared Scallops, Oysters Joliet, and Joliet BBQ Shrimp are still available, maintaining the essence of Joliet's culinary excellence. New seasonal cocktails are not-to-be-missed like Autumn's Harvest, featuring Jameson, Licor 43, cinnamon, lemon, and thyme.

JARANA (Aventura)

essence of Peruvian dining culture.

It offers a unique blend of comfort, joy, and culinary exploration. JARANA is designed to reflect the lively, festive nature of a traditional Peruvian 'jarana' – a celebration marked by abundant food, soulful music, and spirited libations. The restaurant prides itself on its fusion of traditional Peruvian recipes with global culinary influences, particularly from Japanese, Chinese, and Italian cuisines, creating a dining experience that is both familiar and intriguing. The beverage program at JARANA is a cornerstone of the dining experience, with a particular emphasis on Pisco, Peru's national spirit. The selection includes classic Peruvian Pisco cocktails alongside a thoughtful assembly of wines and local craft beers, all chosen to complement the vibrant flavors of the dishes.
