Mojitos and Me, mint to Be

There is no better place to celebrate Hispanic Heritage month than here in the 305!

One of my favorite restaurants featuring Hispanic flare here in Miami is Delores But You Can Call Me Lolita in Brickell. There is nothing better than being in the heart of Brickell sipping on a mojito while snaking on by far the best croquettes I have ever had. This restaurant is so unique with how they combine a café’ delicatessen (Lolita) downstairs and an exceptional rooftop(Delores) with amazing views of the Miami skyline, hence why they are called Delores but you can call me Lolita. Their drinks are what stand out to me the most, they have one of the best mojitos in Miami. They combination of sweetness, citrus and mint is so perfectly distributed so that you can enjoy the flavors.

Two of my other favorite drinks from here are the Lover’s Lane Lemonade and the Sangria, they both have just the right amount of flavor that is not too over powering. There is nothing better than sitting on this rooftop surrounded by plants and an amazing city view. I am defiantly the type of person who will always order an item or two off of the food menu while enjoying a drink or two. My go to here are the Serrano Ham Croquettes, they the most delicious thing on this planet, they defiantly nailed it with these. The gooey inside filling is absolutely to die for, every bite is pure perfection. They are even served in egg cartons which make them even better!

Another one of my favorite items is Paella’s, the flavor is outstanding. I can be picky with items that have seafood incorporated in it and this is absolutely amazing. If you are looking for an amazing chill vibe rooftop in Brickell that has a Hispanic flare to their menu, this is defiantly the place to be.
