She is the author of A Raft of Dreams, a heartfelt children's book inspired by her own immigration story, written to help young readers navigate change with courage and hope. At the same time, she's continuing her medical education, pursuing a future specializing in hormones, wellness, and aesthetics; fields she believes can improve both confidence and quality of life. For Jenisbel, medicine isn't simply about treating illness. It's about helping people become healthier versions of themselves. That same philosophy extends to everything else she creates, whether online, through her foundation, or within her community. Every platform becomes another opportunity to encourage someone.

Supporting children and families has become one of her greatest passions, from educational opportunities and community initiatives to partnerships with organizations like St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the American Cancer Society.

Yet for her, philanthropy has never been measured in dollars raised. "It's about creating opportunities, restoring hope, and reminding people that they're not alone."

She vividly remembers visiting childcare centers where caregivers dedicate themselves to children every day, and spending time at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where extraordinary courage reshaped her understanding of strength.

"Almost everyone here comes from somewhere else, carrying dreams, sacrifices, and the hope of creating a better future." As a Cuban immigrant herself, she sees reflections of her own journey throughout the city. She admires the resilience, work ethic, and determination that define Miami's multicultural community. More importantly, she appreciates that it's a place where people are encouraged to celebrate their heritage rather than leave it behind. To her, that's one of Miami's greatest strengths.

The Real Definition of Luxury

Despite her demanding schedule, Jenisbel knows exactly how she likes to spend her time. Her perfect Miami day begins outdoors; on a boat, near the ocean, or simply enjoying the South Florida sunshine. It ends exactly where many of her happiest childhood memories began. Around a table. With family. Sharing good food and even better conversation. "The perfect day isn't about doing something extravagant," she says. "It's about slowing down enough to appreciate the people and moments that matter most." In many ways, that philosophy perfectly captures what luxury really means today.

When asked how she hopes people will remember her, Jenisbel doesn't mention becoming a physician, writing books, building a social media following, or leading a foundation.
