Miami Swim Week: The Shows Make Waves with Stunning Trends and VIP Appearances



Miami Swim Week® The Shows was the undisputed hotspot during Swim Week, attracting a constellation of stars and influencers who lit up the catwalk and the front rows. Models like Tika Camaj, Katharina Mazepa (fiancée of Lenny Hochstein, Lisa Hochstein’s ex-husband from The Real Housewives of Miami), and Miami mega influencer Jilissa Zoltko strutted their stuff on

the catwalk, adding glamour and style to the vibrant event.




Star-Studded Catwalk and VIP Guests

The runway was graced by some of the hottest names in the industry. In addition to the stunning models, the event saw appearances from Bachelor Nation favorite Maria Georgas, The Real Housewives of Miami star Kiki Barth, the Clermont Twins, Shannon and Shannade Clermont, and high-profile businessman Zeus. These VIP guests added an extra layer of excitement to the already buzzing atmosphere.

To mark the start of Miami Swim Week® The Shows trends revolved around bold designs that embraced fearlessness. These eye-catching swim designs were adorned

with intricate details and captivating statement pieces. 



Ema Savahl Couture and Amarotto Swimwear


Ema Savahl Couture turned heads with its survival-themed and scorching fairy-inspired designs, featuring torn, twisted, and ruched fabrics that appeared dripping wet. The collection included sexy looks that barely covered the models, leaving little to the imagination. The colors consisted of a light, airy palette, ranging from sky blue to lavender, with hints of coral undertones, white, and more.

One of the highlights was model and influencer Tika Camaj opening the show in a sexy lace one-piece, exuding "marry me" vibes. Further adding to the excitement, Katharina Mazepa, the new fiancée of Lenny Hochstein, the ex-husband of The Real Housewives of Miami’s Lisa Hochstein, shook up the runway in an Ema Savahl Couture  crocodile-textured silver metallic bikini. Celebrities in attendance included Bachelor Nation favorite Maria Georgas, who was dressed in a vintage deep-V, fairy-like mini dress with drapes of tulle.

Themes throughout the week included a symphony of pastel hues, bright colors, cut-outs,

over-the-top details, hair crowns, and accessories.



Liberty and Justice The African-made resort and swimwear label included pastel pink and blue tones that evoked a sense of femininity. Models adorned flower crowns and headwear, enhancing the dreamy ambiance of the show. Clean, glowy makeup complemented the pastel color palettes.  

Highlights from the show included The Real Housewives of Miami star Kiki Barth sitting front row!



Carukia Swim featured low-cut, high-neck one-pieces adorned with chunky diamonds and dark-toned sequins, adding a touch of allure to the designs. Mermaid-like fluorescent and royal blue patterns stole the spotlight, complemented by sheer fishnet bandeau bikinis.



CYAR Swim, Kita May Designs, SALPICA, Andrea Venturoli       

                                                                         

Kita May Designs, wowed the audience with their bold approach to swimwear. Their collection featured striking cut-out one-pieces with shimmery pink, green, and purple colors that highlighted the intricate details of each bikini. By skipping prints, they let the shimmering fabrics and cutouts take center stage!





Beach Club continued the trend of two-piece suits, showcasing bright, iridescent details with eye-catching hardware. Micro bikinis were definitely in this season!



Haitian Doll by JO Bella and SAINT CLAIR 


Haitian Doll by JO Bella collection captivated the audience with its vibrant iridescent, purples, pinks, and green. The designs featured intricate details such as cut-out one-pieces adorned with rings down the middle and low-cut one-pieces, making a bold and bright statement on the runway.




Friday, May 31 through Sunday, June 2 


The largest swim festival in the world, Miami Swim Week® The Shows, kept the festivities going with a full schedule of not-to-be-missed runway shows, parties, and fashion activations.  On trend, this weekend were metallic hues, nudes, and earthy tones with cutouts and bold accessories. 



Mars the Label and Salty Mermaid 


Mars the Label collection featured rich browns, nudes, and pops of color lending a glamorous touch to the swimsuits. Modern metallic materials were seamlessly incorporated.

Highlights included Miami mega influencer Jilissa Zoltko setting the stage on fire in a bright orange bikini.



Lascana brought a touch of the wild to the runway with striking brown leopard designs and gold bikini accessories. Robes and capes were a hit with this collection.



Moda Minx, Kadan Swimwear/GlueGlue, Hera Sea, and Moda Mix                                                         

Moda Mix showcased brown cut-out swimsuit pieces alongside gold metallic swimsuits, accentuated by brown rhinestones on a nude bikini.




DOB Collection, Omni Beach Life, HeartGlass, Vanity Couture, Liech Antel Swimwear, Sports Illustrated Show -W South Beach, Tracy Marcus, Humans, Venus, Relleciga, Banana Moon, and Vaida         

                                                                                                                  

DOB's Collection was a mix of one and two-piece suits with more cutouts. The designs consisted of satin and gold material which accented the palettes of browns and metallic nudes.  The statement here was simple yet elegant earth tones reminiscent of sandy beaches.




 Cioccolato Couture 


Cioccolata Couture dazzled with their collection of sparkly brown and nude one-pieces,

with cutouts featuring chic ties and delicate floral embellishments.

Highlights included the Clermont Twins, Shannon and Shannade Clermont, as well as high-profile businessman Zeus in the front row.




 Olivia London Swimwear showcased a stunning collection featuring vibrant browns, yellows and blues. The designs incorporated a combination of vibrant pieces adorned with exquisite details such as shells, rhinestones, and beads.



Elle® Resort Wear Collection pieces showcased earth tones minimalistic designs, complemented by leopard print and delicate details.
