Hereford Grill Miami Offers a Unique Steakhouse Experience
If you thought Miami’s steakhouse scene had peaked, Hereford Grill Miami is here to prove otherwise. After a much-anticipated return, this legendary restaurant—once a celebrity favorite for more than 25 years—has reopened with a refreshed identity that blends global inspiration, fire-driven technique, and a serious commitment to sustainability. The result? A steakhouse experience that
feels both timeless and completely now.
Under new leadership, Hereford Grill Miami is reclaiming its place as a must-visit dining destination—this time with a sharper culinary focus, elevated service, and an atmosphere designed for lingering dinners, celebratory toasts, and unforgettable meals.
A Miami Icon, Reimagined

The revival of Hereford Grill Miami is led by Erasmo Da Silva, founder of Da Silva Hospitality Group, the team behind beloved Coral Gables restaurant Zucca and the upcoming Italian food hall Zuccaly at The Plaza Coral Gables.
While the group consulted with Michelin Guide–recognized Corte Comedor in Argentina to refine grilling methods and deepen its expertise in premium meats, Da Silva is clear: Hereford Grill Miami has its own soul.
“At Hereford Grill, we serve only the finest, responsibly sourced cuts of steak and prime meats—carefully selected for quality, traceability, and sustainability,” says Da Silva.
“Every piece on our wood-fire grill reflects our commitment to authentic, flavorful steakhouse dining.”
Hereford Grill Miami’s Fire-Driven Butcher’s Table
At the heart of the experience is the Butcher’s Table—a curated selection of sustainably raised, hormone-free meats grilled over a precise blend of wood fire and charcoal. This meticulous approach delivers bold flavor, perfect char, and juicy texture in every bite.

Highlights include Wagyu Denver and New York steaks from Snake River Farms, pioneers of American Wagyu, alongside premium cuts sourced from Niman Ranch. Guests can also indulge in a grass-fed Boneless Rib Eye, Certified Angus Rib Eye Cap, and daily bone-in specialties like the Porterhouse and Tomahawk Cowboy.
Global Flavors, Miami Soul

The à la carte menu at Hereford Grill Miami travels far beyond traditional steakhouse fare. Expect international influences woven seamlessly into comforting, elevated dishes. Standouts include Grass-Fed Beef Tartare topped with sweet potato strings, indulgent Lobster Mac ’n’ Cheese, and a tableside-prepared Caesar Salad featuring crisp baby gem lettuce.
Seafood lovers will appreciate the expertly Grilled Branzino, while the Potato Gnocchi offers a satisfying option for those craving something rich yet refined. Fan-favorite classics return too—Mixed Arepas, Sweet Plantain Rolls filled with white cheese, Short Rib Croquettes with Romesco sauce, and golden Tequeños served with papelón and passion fruit.
Even the chorizos and morcillas are made entirely in-house, reinforcing the restaurant’s dedication to craftsmanship from start to finish.
Desserts Worth Saving Room For
Yes, you’ll want dessert. Hereford Grill Miami closes strong with house-made sweets like Flambéed Pancakes with Dulce de Leche, a flourless Chocolate Nemesis Cake, Basque Cheesecake, and a decadent Tres Leches Cake that feels like a warm hug at the end of a perfect meal.

Award-Winning Wines & Weekly Experiences
Just two months after reopening, Hereford Grill Miami earned its first Wine Spectator Award of Excellence—recognizing a wine list thoughtfully curated to complement its premium meats.
Beyond dinner service, the restaurant brings the community together with weekly experiences: a daily Happy Hour, Two-for-One Tuesdays, Un-wind Wednesdays with 20% off select wines, and Sounds of Thursday, where curated music sets the mood for romance.

Saturdays spotlight the signature Butcher’s Menu for Two, featuring a tableside Caesar Salad, a dramatic 50-ounce Black Angus Tomahawk served with organic roasted carrots, and a house-made Tres Leches Cake for dessert—ideal for date nights or celebrations.
The New Standard for Steakhouse Dining in Miami
Open daily for lunch and dinner at its original home at 782 NW 42nd Avenue (Le Jeune Road), Hereford Grill Miami now offers a transformed 144-seat indoor-outdoor space anchored by a greenery-framed bar and an upstairs private events venue for up to 95 guests.
With its globally inspired menu, sustainable philosophy, and fire-grilled mastery, Hereford Grill Miami isn’t just back—it’s setting a new benchmark for what a modern steakhouse can be.
