Michael’s Genuine Bistro at Design Miami

Back by popular demand, James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Schwartz is bringing his beloved Michael’s Genuine Bistro back to Design Miami for the second year. Located within the bustling Design Miami pavilion, this French-inspired pop-up will transport guests to the charming brasseries of Paris.


This year’s menu features exciting new additions like Escargot in puff pastry ($21) and Braised Short Rib Frites with salsa verde ($42). Returning fan favorites include the Croque Madame with ham, gruyere, egg, and béchamel ($28), Country Pâté ($17), and Duck Confit with radicchio, apples, pumpkin seeds, and dates ($26).


For the perfect pairing, the bistro offers champagne, wine, beer, and specialty cocktails like the Fresh as a Cucumber(basil-infused vodka, cucumber, lime, fennel, $16) and the classic Aperol Spritz ($16). Other refreshments include Panther Coffee and cold-pressed juices.
