Through meticulous cask selection and decades of maturation expertise, The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team naturally encouraged coconut notes hidden within American oak to emerge with remarkable clarity. The result? Two completely different expressions that complement one another beautifully.
Inspired by Fresh Coconut
Bright, playful, and bottled at 46.3% ABV, this expression opens with aromas of fresh coconut, citrus, tropical fruits, vanilla, sweet oak, and gentle spice. On the palate, guests discovered creamy coconut milk, fresh lime, delicate sweetness, and an elegant floral finish that feels tailor-made for warm Miami evenings.
Inspired by Toasted Coconut
Its richer counterpart delivers toasted coconut alongside crème caramel, white chocolate, coconut truffle, charred pineapple, and frangipane before finishing with lingering sweet oak and tropical fruit. One expression feels like a beach morning.
