Today, Felisha is the Founder and CEO of BecomingHER with Felisha McCaskill LLC, Founder and Executive Director of Chica God Promised, Inc., author, transformational speaker, coach, and visionary leader dedicated to helping individuals rediscover their confidence, strengthen their faith, and embrace the purpose they were created to fulfill.

A Transformation from the Inside Out

Felisha's journey wasn't sparked by a business opportunity, it began with a personal transformation.

During a challenging season in her life, she committed to investing in herself through personal development, mentorship, wellness, and faith. Along the way, she regained her energy, rebuilt her confidence, strengthened her relationship with God, and lost more than 50 pounds.

More importantly, she discovered a new vision for her future.

That transformation inspired her to share her story with others who were seeking their own breakthrough. She authored her first book, Chica God Promised, followed by a journal and workbook designed to encourage women to trust God's promises and embrace their purpose.

As her platform grew, so did her mission.

She later published BecomingHER, a powerful reflection of her own journey of healing, growth, and

self-discovery.

Through her books, speaking engagements, coaching programs, and mentorship initiatives, Felisha began helping others move from simply surviving to truly thriving.
