Heritage Fuego

Miami’s top chefs square off during the South Florida stop of the Heritage Fire tour, competing to see who can craft the most creative dish using heritage-breed pork over an open flame. 


This year’s lineup includes Eating House’s Giorgio Rapicavoli, Apocalypse BBQ’s Jeff Bud, Aaron Brooks from EDGE Brasserie and Leku’s Carlos Garcia. The fiery fun takes place at Coral Gables’ historic Biltmore Hotel.
