Q: Where are you from?
A: I’m from a small town of Montefano, on the Adriatic Coast of Italy

Q: How long have you been in Miami?
A: 26 years

Q: What was your career path?
A: My parents recognized my special talents and introduced me to the world of sports. I quickly excelled in soccer, track & field and gymnastics. When I was not in the classroom or training, I was  assisting in a handicap facility, where I achieved the understanding the muscle mobility.

Q: Who influenced you the most?
A: My Mom

Q: Can you describe that "moment" (experience, emotion,) when you knew that you were pursuing your passion?
A: Well, my dad had a truck company that delivered throughout Europe and my mom would help him out. At the time, there weren’t so many machines, so my mom would do a lot of the heavy lifting. Between the ages of 40-46 she had three back surgeries. My goal was to fix her! I did in fact fix her and realized I enjoyed the process and decided to a degree in physical therapy. I developed a thirst for healthy knowledge, so not satisfied just yet, I returned to school, to specialize in Chinese medicine, Acupuncture and Applied Kinesthesiology.

Q: What does a typical day look like for you?
A: I wake up at 5:00, drink 1 liter of water at temperature, meditate, eat a  light breakfast, workout , shower and then have a serious breakfast. At 8:00, I’m already with a client/ office/ producing my TV show or filming a segment for some morning news (always about health) eating 5 times throughout the day. I tend to head to bed at 9:30…10:30 max!

Q: What have you liked most about your profession?
A: Changing people’s body and mind! A negative mind will never give you a positive life! For example, if your body is feeling a certain way, the body will send a message to the mind saying things like, “fix my knee” or “fix my back.” But if we ignore these signs sooner or later our body will worsen and we can start to develop anxiety, depression or even fear leading to a negative mindset. So you need a healthy body and a healthy mind.

Q: What are some healthy tips you can share with us today?

A: Water ! Yes water ! We already know the benefits right ? But let me give you a few: It lubricates the joints, it forms saliva and mucus, it delivers oxygen throughout the body, it boosts skin health and beauty, it cushions the brain, spinal cord, and other sensitive tissues, it regulates body temperature, the digestive system depends on it, it flushes body waste. If you need to drink 3 liters a day but miss a liter, that will be 6 liters missed in six days. In four weeks you will be missing 24 liters. That means you would literally have gone 8 days without drinking water! So, drink your water!

Q: What are some of your “go-to” healthy snacks?

A: Tofu 2 slice of green apple and walnuts or Legume beans and slice of bread

Q: On your cheat day, you have to have…

A: Non dairy Ice cream dark chocolate

Q: Any projects in the works?

A: Unfortunately the Covid 19 has stopped some TV projects but hopefully soon we will start.Aside from that, I am working on a new project @40upfit, which is a program for people  ages 40 and up aimed to keep or develop a body they never had before. After the age of 40, everything changes between digestion protein absorption hormone etc.

Q: What is something most people wouldn’t know about you?

A: I love everybody haha

Q: What’s a quote you live by?

A: La Vita Es Bella !
