Best Zen Spots in Miami
In a city where it’s always summer and everyone is always in the mood to party, it can be a bit difficult to find a place where you can sit and quietly reflect on your inner thoughts and feelings and unleash the Zen inside you. Luckily, there are other people in Miami who feel the same as you and have created safe spaces for people where they can relax and connect with their deeper selves and with the people around them. Here are some of the best Zen spots in Miami:
The Kampong
The Kampong is located in the Coconut Grove area of Miami. It’s a nine acre garden that has tons of tropical fruits and plants and is open to visitors Wednesday through Friday. The Kampong has a very friendly and amiable staff who will be more than happy to teach you everything about all the plants and fruits growing there. You can also go there if you want to meditate or if you just want to relax
by the water.

The Standard Hotel & Spa
Nothing says zen in Miami like a day of bougie pampering at the Standard. Whether having a cocktail by the pool or sweating it out in the hammam, the Standard makes you feel like a celebrity on vacation. We know this kind of luxury can cause a hit to your wallet, but once in awhile it’s a great idea to treat your self

Sacred Space Miami
Sacred Space Miami is located in the Wynwood Arts District. It has an aura of peace and serenity and it regularly hosts different yoga classes. You can also rent a yoga space if you want to take independent classes. Sacred Space Miami also has wellness events and sacred programming. They only have vegan food so if you want to take a break from eating meat, go check it out!

Paul S. Walker Urbanscape
Located in the middle of Downtown Miami, Paul S. Walker Urbanscape offers a quiet and peaceful environment where anyone can come and have coffee or lunch. When you walk through the ornate gates, you’ll feel as if you’ve entered a different world. It’s usually not very crowded and you can bring your own lunch.
It has a waterfall on the back wall and the entire area is surrounded with lots of greenery. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the 8th best party city in the world, then Paul S. Walker Urbanscape is where you should be headed.
