Top Miami Trainers to get you the Summer bikini Bod
Word / Miami Vibes Magazine | IG: miamivibesmag
Great gyms in Miami are a necessity. Yes, there’s a health element involved. Cardiovascular activity extends your life, allows you to live more fully, and can even make you happy. But have you seen the weather we've been having lately? When it's 90 degrees outside 11 months of the year, clothes shrink dramatically, which means we have to be prepared for the best Miami beaches at all times.
It's difficult, particularly when Miami is packed with mouthwatering food. Don't get us wrong: they are good. These trainers, on the other hand, will make you come back in shape..
Anatomy at 1220 – Marc Megna
What do you get when a nightclub mogul and a former NFL star combine their minds? South Beach's wellness wonderland of opulence. Marc Megna, the gym's co-founder and hottest trainer contestant, formerly played for the Jets and Patriots, can be found there. It's also where you can catch a class led by Christa DiPaola, another Hottest Trainer finalist. Personal training, group training, medical tests, blowouts, manicures, pedicures, shopping, and spa services are all available at this ultra-exclusive gym, as long as your name passes the tight membership committee.
SoulCycle Coral Gables – Soeraya Wilson
Despite the fact that there are two more SoulCycle facilities on the way (South Beach and Brickell), SoulCycle at the Village at Merrick Park is where it all began. SoulCycle is well recognized for its musically driven and motivational cycling sessions, as well as themed rides to musicians like Beyoncé and Britney Spears. It is led by former Alvin Ailey dancer and president of the #GlitterBootyNation Soeuraya Wilson.
Jetset Pilates – Rachel Scherdin
Let's get one thing out of the way right now. Jetset isn't your typical Pilates facility. It emphasizes strength training, core training, and conditioning just as much as classic Pilates principles. It's also the only fitness studio in Miami that uses the Lagree Fitness Megaformer, a machine with so many different applications that you'll probably never do the same class twice, especially if you're taking Rachel Scherdin's class, which combines burpees with sliding lunges for a full-body workout. Try a lesson at one of the three venues, which include Wynwood, Coral Gables, and South Beach.
Equinox – Christa DiPaolo
Equinox is a full-service gym with a luxurious atmosphere. It's the place to go when you want to lift on your own or pick up nearly any group class you can, from Pilates to Christa DiPaolo's much-lauded Box180 class, with locations in Aventura Mall, Village of Merrick Park, Brickell, and Washington Avenue. There are also spa services available to help you balance your mind, body, and skin.
Pulse163 – Ciara Tunstall
Pulse163 just opened a year ago, but it already has a cult following among Aventura and North Miami's fitness crowd, especially when it comes to dancing pro-Ciara Tunstall's highly technical and incredibly positive lessons. Because everything here revolves around the barre, don't be surprised if you're requested to tighten your buns with a few rapid relevés after a downward dog, or if you're forced to toss in a few three-pound weights during a workout.
