Hi! I’m Sol Ballard, a Conscious Storyteller + Documentarian and Media Trainer with a 20 year career  in front of the camera. My work has ranged from being an actress, journalist, TV host, spokesperson, news reporter and weather forecaster. 

Not what anyone would have expected of me several years back.

You see, many moons ago  I was caught in a toxic self-destructive lifestyle that nearly ended my life. What saved me was turning to healing modalities and on-camera work and I was able to radically transform my life.

Over the years and through my career in front of the lens, I rediscovered my authentic voice and eventually even become an inspirational speaker and award winning mindset coach!

Now, I focus on exploring themes of personal transformation and well-being through the lens of storytelling. My passion is inspiring others to embrace their own stories, live a more enriching and nourishing life,  and create meaningful connections through the art of visual storytelling.
