Miami Film Festival

If you’re a movie buff, you’re in luck. Celebrating its 40th year anniversary, the Miami Film Festival showcases films by the best emerging and established filmmakers, as they bring profound and timely stories to the big screen. The festival, presented by Miami Dade College in partnership with VARIETY, presents feature screenings at Silverspot Cinema in Downtown Miami, and at the Coral Gables Art Cinema and the Bill Cosford Cinema in Coral Gables. There’s also a virtual lineup, workshops, master classes and social events. The festival awards more than $100,000 in cash to the winning filmmakers.
