Best Restaurants in Miami for a Halloween Vibe
Halloween might not be what it used to be because of the advent of COVID-19; however, that should not be an excuse for missing one of the best holidays in the year.
Besides the blue moon that will light up our skies on that day, local restaurants and bars also offer entertainment and charming specialties to celebrate Halloween. Below are some of the best restaurants to celebrate this important holiday in Miami
You can enjoy three days of endless celebration at this beachfront restaurant and bar. They start two days before Halloween with zombie athletes and a drink at the restaurant and a special menu with bottles of zombie cocktails and other drinks such as Espolon, Appleton & Skyy, and Model & Corona. The party will continue on the eve with Nightmare on the Miami River and Halloween with the AmSoWeen costume contest.
Butcher Shop Beer Garden & Grill
Wynwood Outpost will host another pumpkin contest at the beer garden two days before Halloween. The Halloween version starts at 7 pm. You will get pumpkins, paint, and supplies when you buy the beer. If things play out like last year, participants can post pictures on Instagram and Facebook while they tag the shop to win prices.
The Local Craft Food and Drink
Gastrobar Coral Gables, a Local Craft Food & Drink, organizes an hour-long costume party immediately after dinner in a Halloween atmosphere and turns the restaurant into a "gloomy antique bar" full of macabre decorations and relics that look frightening.
The Day of the Dead is as essential and creepy as Halloween. Pour or light a (candle) for anyone passing by for a Chotto Matte dinner. The restaurant offers a fixed-price restaurant and two-for-one tequila cocktails starting at 7:00 pm. DJ will continuously spin to keep the vibe fun and scary.
Ola Restaurant at The Gates South Beach
Looking for blood? Then you can try the vampire margaritas at Ola Restaurant at The Gates South Beach. This undead cocktail consists of a scoop of frozen whiskey, Reposado tequila, tequila sprinkles, Chambord, one ounce of lime juice mixed and poured over crushed ice in a vampire glass with blood oranges. For scarier cocktails, head to the Oil Restaurant at The Gates South Beach.
