The beautiful city of Miami, with its white sandy beaches, high rise buildings and tall palm trees is bursting at the seams with a few incredible vegan lunch spots. It is time to get excited, because there are lots of sustainable, vegan meals to choose from. Not only do these café’s or restaurants support a better world and environment but they most importantly offer an opportunity for all of us, to start off our day in a healthy way.
Love Life Café
It is a café that serves clean, delicious and simple vegan or plant-based food and sells a few extra products that you can take home with you. Their Miami Breakfast on the menu is delicious and definitely worth a try. They also offer other meals that are more on the lunch side of brunch such as; pizza, burgers and salads. If you are in the mood for something light that is best served as an early breakfast or snack you should give their acai bowls, juices and smoothies a go.

My Roots Juice Bar & Kitchen
How about brunch in a liquid form? They have all kinds of delicious smoothies packed with superfruits, acai or hot mango that will fill you up with all the healthy stuff your body needs to thrive. They offer a wide variety of healthy food including organic, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food on their menu. They have a few ordinary vegan breakfast meals that are on their menu, such as avocado or cashew cream toast. Not only are they well-known for their fresh ingredients, but they also decorate their stores in such a way that it makes you feel like you are outside, in nature somewhere.

Pura Vida Miami
Pura Vida was created by a husband and wife team to look like an extension of their home. The décor is bright, beachy and full of subtle shades of blue, brown and white. One can imagine that their décor is as natural as their food. They offer meals that can be eaten any time of the day, just like you would be able to do at home. The vibe of the restaurant is very casual and relaxed. They source local and organic ingredients as much as possible. They work hard to impact the community in a positive way and encourage people to value quality and healthy food. There menu has something for everyone, from superfood meals, shots and bottled juices to cream cheese bagels dressed in microgreens.
