That Made it Through the Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic was bad news for the restaurant and foodservice business. The government had to close down restaurants and bars to slow down the spread of the virus. Dining in restaurants effectively stopped overnight in cities and states as social distancing guidelines took hold. This led to a drop in daily traffic and sales of all restaurants. As a result, many restaurants were shutdown totally for obvious economic reasons. And believe me, this affected all types of outlets, from local staples that had been in business for generations to splashy new places, retail and major restaurant chains to those run by famous chefs.

In Miami, one of the most populous metropolis on the east coast of the united states, the story is not different from the rest of the country. However, some restaurants were able to avoid this sad fate, carry out their plausible services while strictly putting in place the safest precautionary measures against the Coronavirus. Here are some of them:
