Sip & Chill with these Summer Cocktails of miami

I’m sure you’ve noticed that it get unbearably hot sometimes during the summer in Miami. That means you deserve a drink at one of this city’s greatest bars or restaurants – just one sip of one of these cool summer drinks and you'll be on your way to unwinding and cooling down in no time.

 

The good news is that many of these establishments provide to-go choices, allowing you to sip custom-crafted speciality cocktails from the comfort of your own home. Here are the beverages you'll need to get through this summer.

Sylvester

This bar, from the creators of Breaker & Gray, emphasizes the vintage atmosphere while crafting modern takes on traditional cocktails. It recently reopened with witty new drinks including the Vaxxxed & Waxxxed, a tequila, mezcal, Chinola passionfruit liqueur, and habaero chocolate bitters twist. Order one of the towers that come to your table, which arrive on two or three tiers and are brimming with beer ponies, cocktails, and alcohol shots.

DC Pie Co

Swing by DC Pie Co. in trendy Brickell for New York-style pie with a Miami twist (the owner was born and raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn). The classic brick-oven pizza is popular among locals, and it is topped with imported Italian mozzarella di bufala, fresh domestic mozzarella, and aged parmigiano reggiano cheese. Back to the Beach is a cocktail prepared with GREY GOOSE Vodka, ST GERMAIN, guava, and a touch of allspice to complement your ideal slice of pizza.

The hidden area in the centre of Wynwood welcomes you into an airy garden with a towering bar and plenty of seats, away from the street's noise. Draft cocktails, house classics, and frozen beverages are among the options available. Check out the large-format cocktails, which are delivered in a bright disco ball or pink flamingo if you're with a group of pals.

ZZ's Club

This popular Japanese eatery, which features a sushi omakase counter, is the second Major Food Group location to open in Miami recently. Some of the drinks, such as the margarita and Bloody Mary, will be familiar, but they all have something unique to offer. Matcha and jalapeño are used in the margarita, while wasabi kizami and soy sauce are used in the Bloody Mary. Try the Asian Pear, which includes pear eau de vie, fresh pear, lemon, and Champagne.

Broken Shaker at Freehand Miami

The Broken Shaker, located inside the hip Freehand hotel, is a popular hangout for both tourists and locals. The Broken Shaker is where all the cool kids go to get a drink, with a Paris-meets-New Orleans back-alley ambience. Despite the fact that their cocktail menu changes every ten days, you can still order your favorites. A classic daiquiri, made with sugar, lime, and HAVANA CLUB Aejo Blanco, is a simple mix of sugar, lime, and HAVANA CLUB Aejo Blanco. The classics are sometimes unbeatable.
