Join us for the most exciting part of any Future Stores event: the Store Tours! Head out for an afternoon packed with tours to renowned retailers all around Miami. This is your chance to see retail innovation in action from some of the world’s most innovative brands. Take your pick from our available tours and spend the afternoon exploring new in-store trends. Attendees can select one tour on Thursday afternoon.

Graupel

Step into the future with us as we tour the newly-opened Graupel store at Merrick place! Graupel’s in-store virtual 3D scanner takes customers’ exact measurements to fit them for totally customized bespoke clothing that doesn’t break the bank and can be delivered within 5-7 days. Learn how technology can be used to both enhance concierge-level service and create truly personalized shopping experiences. Saks Fifth

Avenue Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of one of the world’s preeminent retailers and a true Miami style destination: Saks Fifth Avenue at Brickell City Centre. Gain a glimpse of the renowned Fifth Avenue Club and learn about the ‘Saks At Your Service Mercedes-Benz Sprinter’. From private spa rooms, to luxury eatery Casa Tua Cucina, learn how Saks goes above and beyond to provide shoppers with beautiful and engaging in-store experiences. Hermès

In keeping with the innovative spirit of Hermès, the 12,000 sq ft Miami Design District flagship boutique contrasts simple modernity with historical design elements that capture the elegant ambiance of the landmark global flagship at 24 rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris. This free standing building has two exterior layers: the interior glazed “box” of the store, and the exterior, a claustrum of white metal tubes reminiscent of vibrations. Together, they give the impression of a building without scale. The iconic Hermès horseman is perched on a corner of the roof. Inside, a staircase designed to resemble the Hermes balduc ribbon connects the three stories of the boutique. A dynamic mixture of flooring finishes, stone and wood, create a feeling of comfort and timelessness. Host: Angel Bartolomei, Managing Director, Hermès

Kendra Scott

Taking center stage during this tour is the iconic Kendra Scott Color Bar™, a one-of-a-kind interactive experience that allows customers to create custom jewelry in minutes and leave with it in hand. Complete with a touch screen display monitor and iPads, the Color Bar™ encourages customers to express their unique style through the personalization of necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings Host: Ana Munoz, Event Manager, Kendra Scott

Walking Tour Of The Brickell City Centre

 

Join us for a walking tour of the newly completed Brickell City Centre, located just steps from the conference venue! Follow the official Future Stores Walking Tour Guide for directions regarding which stores to visit and what makes the in-store experience at each of them so unique. Planned stops include:

 

Coach – Our first stop on the walking tour will be through Coach. The store offers a uniquely immersive virtual reality runway experience that we will learn about and trial during the tour.

 

Sephora – Immerse yourself in the glamour of Sephora’s Brickell Centre outpost at this stop on the walking tour. We will be observing how Sephora’s beauty experts are driving customer engagement through personalized service as well as how store technology enhances the in-store experience. We encourage you to download Sephora’s five star mobile app in advance of the tour.

 

In-sight - In-store experience design is elevated to an art form at the InSight concept store. Crisp white lines, a geometrically complex architecture, and perfectly inlaid LED lighting create the perfect backdrop for the store’s ecclectic and contemporary art, fashion, and lifestyle items.
