Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Miami Style

To commemorate October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we've rounded up some specials that will be contributing to the cause. Scope our how you can show your support below.
E11EVEN Vodka
For the month of October, E11EVEN Vodka has released a special edition bottle that will have a pink-colored neck (normally, it is teal) in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The woman-owned & operated Miami-based company will be donating 11% of all October sales to FloridaBreastCancer.org. For the month of October, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila with locations in South Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Aventura, will have available their frozen drinks in a limited-edition stadium cup for $9. For the entire month, customers can have as many frozen drink refills as possible for $5 at any Bodega location. 30% of the proceeds will be donated to Dolphins Challenge Cancer, created to unite the community against one of the most insidious diseases of our generation: Cancer. Warren
For the month of October, Warren, Damn Good Hospitality’s newest hotspot in Delray Beach, Florida,
will be donating $1 from every Dianne’s Delight cocktail sold to the Susan G. Komen foundation. Named after the fiancé (Dianne) of the restaurant’s namesake Warren John, Dianne’s Delight is priced at $12 and features Kettle One Vodka, Fresh Pressed Lime Juice & Cane Syrup, and is garnished with a sage leaf and one whole blackberry. For the month of October, Green Bar & Kitchen, Damn Good Hospitality’s vegan junk food bar located in Fort Lauderdale, will be donating $1 from every G beet K juice sold to the Susan G. Pubbelly Sushi
October is quickly approaching and we wanted to place this on your radar. To commemorate October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Pubbelly Sushi is pleased to announce the “Drink Pink” fundraiser to benefit Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. The promotion, which runs from Oct. 1-31, features the restaurant’s limited-time-only Pink Sangria ($16) made with sparkling rosé, a dash of sprite, guava, a whole muddled strawberry, and a twist of lime. A portion of proceeds from the sale of every cocktail will go to fund Sylvester’s wig program that provides free wigs for cancer patients and survivors.

Kiki on the River has launched its merchandise shop and in honor of breast cancer awareness month, a special edition pink Kiki on the River mug will be available on the online shop on kikionlineshop.com and at Kiki on the River for $20. The special edition pink mug will be available for purchase during October, with 50% of the proceeds being donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
During the month of October, guests can purchase the delicious HOPE cocktail, in partnership with Cointreau they will donate $1 for every cocktail purchased to a breast cancer charity.

During the month of October, The Gramercy will be bringing in a pink friend for its signature red bears which are for sale that regularly benefit The Lotus House. The pink bears will be for sale for $500 to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure, with The Gramercy matching donations of purchased bears. Additionally, The Gramercy will be selling a special edition pink mug in honor of breast cancer awareness month for $20, with 50% of the proceeds benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Quarterdeck Restaurants
Drink pink at all Whiskey Neat and Quarterdeck Restaurants, with the Pink Lady ($10) Tito’s Vodka, lemon juice, honey, raspberries, and topped with prosecco. With every cocktail purchase, one dollar will go to the Pink Angels Foundation.

Circle House Coffee Partnering With Florida Breast Cancer Foundation
Circle House Coffee, a community-based coffee shop by retired NFL player Stephen Tulloch, is celebrating the grand opening of their new Oakland Park location with a family-friendly community block party on Saturday, October 30st from 4:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. benefitting the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation. All of Pinktober, guests can also support with a pink latte with a breast cancer ribbon printed on it, pink cbd slushy, and pink mojo donut. A portion of the proceeds will go to Florida Breast Cancer Foundation.

Shelborne South Beach & Maison Marcel Rosé Campaign
Maison Marcel Rose is taking over a Shelborne South Beach cabana and decking it out in all-things pink. Guests can rent the pink cabana with their friends throughout October and a portion of the proceeds will go to Susan G. Komen Foundation. Cabana rentals start at $400.

To celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Mandarin Oriental, Miami will run a special pink-themed cross-promotion throughout the property. The hotel will be lit in pink starting Oct. 1 to serves as a beacon of hope; MO Bar + Lounge will feature a Pink Warrior cocktail ($21) made with gin, maraschino liqueur, liqueur de violette and a twist of lime; La Mar by Gaston Acurio will feature their Pink Causa for A Cause ($25) made with potato puree plated in the shape of a ribbon, flavored with beets, crabmeat, Peruvian trout, avocado, and more; and The Spa will feature their “Inner Strength” treatment designed to ease physical tension and emotional anxiety following a stressful time in one’s life.
